Service Providers

Service providers are people with any level of experience who provide physical activity, healthy eating, and/or wellness programs or services in the community (in-person or online). This can include, but is not limited to: providing physical activity or cooking classes; helping with grocery shopping, preparing food or delivering meals; or assisting with social, recreational, or wellness services for older adults.

DREAM Learning Modules

There are seven learning modules to help develop knowledge and skills for engaging with people living with dementia and supporting inclusive physical activity, healthy eating, and other wellness programs or services.

Resources on understanding dementia, the rights of people living with dementia, and dementia-inclusive practices.

Physical Activity

Resources on the benefits of physical activity, and ways to support and include people living with dementia in physical activity.

Healthy Eating

Resources on the benefits of healthy eating, and ways to support and include people living with dementia during mealtime activities.
